Lacoby is founded and run by Mike Neal.  Mike spent 22 years as an IT healthcare executive with Cerner Corporation.  As Senior Vice President, Mike's responsibilities spanned client relationships across the globe, sales and contracting, software implementation and support.

Prior to joining Cerner, Mike worked as an Associate Partner with Accenture where he focused on systems integration and reengineering efforts for major corporations across a variety of industries.
